National Rural Youth Network (NRYN)

Join and Be Heard!

If you are between the ages of 15 and 29, currently living in or are from a rural, remote and northern community in Canada , you are invited to join the National Rural Youth Network. The Network is a group of young Canadians who advocate for and represent the diverse views of youth from rural, remote and northern Canada.

The Network offers an opportunity for you to exercise your leadership, to showcase your talents, to build your skills, to meet other rural youth or to help your community.

As a member, you can also help to shape the future of the Network by becoming a member of the managing Council. The Network has recently issued a call for nominations for seven of the 13 provincial/territorial Council positions. If you are interested in learning more, joining in or running for any of the Council positions, visit the Network's Web site at www.ruralyouth.ca

To run as a Council member, visit the forum section of the Web site under Council Nominations. There you can post a short text indicating which provincial/territorial position you are interested in being considered for and why members of your province/territory should vote for you.
