Sources of Rural News Pathfinder

Local news plays an important role in supporting rural communities. Whether the news comes from a traditional print copy of a community newspaper, a web site or a podcast, they all help to inform citizens about local issues in Rural and Remote Canada. This pathfinder is an aid to accessing Canadian local and regional news from a variety of sources.

This guide is a growing document, we welcome suggestions for additions.  Please contact us at cris@agr.gc.ca
