Lake Winnipegosis.
Wind north 15 knots diminishing to northeast 10 this morning and 
veering to east this afternoon. Wind strengthening to southeast 15 
tonight then becoming south 10 on Monday. Cloudy today tonight and 
Monday. High today minus 3. Low tonight minus 8. High Monday minus 4.
