Winds southwest 15 to 20 knots increasing to southwest 20 to 25 
before dawn today and to westerly winds 25 to gales 35 near noon. 
Gales diminishing to northwest winds 20 this evening then
Veering to northerly 10 to 15 after midnight. Winds backing to 
northwest 15 to 20 Monday evening. Occasional showers ending this 
morning. Visibility fair in showers. Turning colder on Monday.
Outlook for Tuesday...Strong northerlies diminishing to light winds.
