FQCN13 CWUL 100830 Synopsis and marine forecasts for the St Lawrence river from Cornwall to Anticosti and the Saguenay River issued by Environment Canada Montréal at 03:30 AM EST Sunday 10 December 2006 for today with an outlook for Monday. Next forecasts issued at 03:30 PM. Synopsis at 11:00 PM EST Saturday and forecasts positions by Sunday 08:00 PM EST. A frontal wave just south of James Bay Saturday evening with a warm front toward Montréal and a cold front southwestward will move to lie over the Belle-Isle strait this evening with the cold front toward Donnacona. The winds are south to southwest moderate to strong ahead of the warm front and become southwest strong to gales in the warm area then become west moderate to strong behind the cold front. From Cornwall to Montréal. Winds southwest 15 to 25 knots diminishing to 10 to 15 early this evening. Variable cloudiness. High 4. Outlook for Monday...Winds northeast 10 knots.
