Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning December 21, 2006. To avoid additional after-deadline charges, materials must arrive by January 11, 2007. Drivers must check in no later than 3:30 p.m. in order to be off-loaded on the arrival date. Warehouse receiving hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

HOTEL:

We have reserved rooms at the EXECUTIVE HOTEL VINTAGE COURT. When you call (1-800-654-1100) please ask for our group code: C0120. Rates are $129(US) for a king size bed, or $139(US) for a room with two double beds. Applicable taxes are over and above. $20(US) additional charged for a third person. They offer complimentary daily continental breakfast (7 a.m. to 9 a.m.) They also offer complimentary wine receptions nightly (5 to 6 p.m.)
