Mr. Carl Harrison a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business (at Western University) Senior Management Program, was appointed Commissioner of the Canadian Dairy Commission on December 12, 2000 and Vice-Chairman on May 7, 2004.
Prior to joining the Commission, Mr. Harrison was Director of the Ontario Dairy Processors Council, a founding Director of the Ontario Dairy Council (ODC) and also served as ODC President. In addition, Mr. Harrison has many years of service with the National Dairy Council of Canada, serving as Director from 1973 until 1998, as a member of their Executive Committee from 1994 until 1997, and was the organization''s Chairman in 1996-1997.
