In the fall of 2002, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and Food Beverage Canada collaborated to offer Trade Show Intelligence training to government, non-government organizations and companies involved in agri-food across western Canada. Several of the individuals trained attended the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco in 2003, and implemented a Trade Show Intelligence project.
