SCENES FROM THE COUNTY OF WELLINGTON
On October 6, 2006, Wellington County Council and Staff held a “Post Office Renovation Kick Off” celebration, marking the beginning of the renovation.The tentative scheduled completion date is January 31, 2007. The Ventin Group Architects have designed the new look of the building, and plan restore it to its original beauty. Collaborative Structures Limited (CSL) is the Contractor for the project. CSL has previously worked on the Rockwood O.P.P. Operations Centre and the Clifford Library and Medical Facility. The Post Office will be home to the Employment Resource Centre, Ontario Works Employment Services, Wellington and Guelph Housing Services and Guelph Non-Profit Housing.
