VANCOUVER, JUNE 17, 2005 - The Honourable Wayne Easter, Parliamentary Secretary with Special Emphasis on Rural Development, will be a keynote speaker at a conference titled the Third Annual Rural Communities Summit. The summit is led by a grassroots effort and supported by the Government of Canada's Canadian Rural Partnership Initiative.
