MINISTER STRAHL TO MEET PROVINCIAL COUNTERPART AND INDUSTRY LEADERS IN REGINA

Ottawa, March 7, 2006 - Federal Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board Chuck Strahl will be in Regina on Wednesday, March 8 to meet with his provincial counterpart, the Saskatchewan Minister of Agriculture and Food, Mark Wartman. Both ministers will be available to speak to media following their morning meeting and after Minister Strahl's address at the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities' (SARM) Annual Convention. During his visit to Regina, Minister Strahl will also meet with industry leaders.
