CANADA’S NEW GOVERNMENT AND COMPOSITES INNOVATION CENTRE COLLABORATE IN BIO-FIBRE RESEARCH

WINNIPEG, Manitoba, October 12, 2006 – Member of Parliament for Winnipeg South Rod Bruinooge, on behalf of the Honourable Chuck Strahl, Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board, will be announcing an agreement between AAFC and the Composites Innovation Centre involving new biofibre research under the Agricultural Policy Framework Agri-Innovation Program.
