Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board Chuck Strahl and Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) Chief Commissioner, Chris Hamblin (far right), at the CGC tour in Winnipeg on February 27.  Meeting with CGC was one of the many stops Minister Strahl made during his Winnipeg visit.  The Minister also toured the Canadian International Grains Institute (CIGI) and met with Manitoba industry leaders.
