The Canada Pavilion

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) and the Canadian Consulate in Dusseldorf are organizing the Canadian presence. At a reasonable and competitive price, exhibitors will benefit from a package of quality services and support; invitations to key buyers worldwide, a Canadian Exhibitors' Directory, on-site organization and trade promotion support.

Participation in the Canada Pavilion is open to companies and organizations selling and promoting Canadian organic foods that are recognized by a European Union (EU) accredited certification body.

Your participation in the Canada Pavilion includes a complete turn key booth, meeting lounge, storage, enhanced telecommunication connectivity, basic electricity and more. Your package also includes one show catalogue listing and the Canadian Exhibitors' Directory.

Professional and experienced multilingual staff will host you and your guests in providing on-site expertise and services.


Complete Turnkey Booth Package

The Canada Pavilion will be constructed stylistically through the use of graphics, wall and floor coverings. Each individual exhibitor in the Canada Pavilion will receive the following facilities and services:

1. A typical nine square metre turnkey booth consisting of:
a) exhibit space rental and electrical service for refrigeration units;
b) booth structure (panels) and furnishings, carpet and underlay, fascia and "street" signage, bistro table, front counter, two chairs, booth and fascia lighting, standard electrical service, and a wastebasket;
c) booth cleaning, waste removal and full time technical support on site; and
d) selected generic Canadian promotional aids.

2. Other services undertaken on behalf of individual exhibitors, such as liaison with show authorities and stand constructor, on-site assistance and trade counselling by Canadian government officials, pre-show publicity and media relation activities.


Registration Details

Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis, upon payment. To secure your participation in the Canada Pavilion, complete and sign the **Application for Space and Participation Agreement. Send the original form along with your payment payable to the "Receiver General for Canada" to the attention of Brian Bonner, 930 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, ON, K1A 0C5 by September 30, 2006. Following receipt of your deposit, you will receive pertinent show- related information materials and supplementary service order forms from AAFC.

You may also visit www.ats.agr.gc.ca/biofach for the application form. Payment is non refundable (unless a suitable replace ment is found) and due in one instalment. Please indicate your booth needs and space requirements and, we will advise you of your booth location.
