This table of rates is applicable to uses of PFRA facilities and PFRA owned or controlled
lands where rates are established under the PFR Act. Specifically excluded are PFRA
Community Pasture Fees. The rates are to be applied to all Canada owned land and to
provincially owned land where applicable. Rates marked with an asterisk (*) are
not to be applied to provincially owned land. Except for Right-of-Entry rates
No. 4 (Seismic) and No. 6 (Resource Prospecting), all Right-of-Entry rates are subject to
G.S.T.
