MINISTER MITCHELL TO ANNOUNCE ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS FOR FARMERS

OTTAWA, April 15, 2005 - Agriculture and Agri-Food Minister Andy Mitchell, together with his colleague, Huron-Bruce MP Paul Steckle, will announce two major environmental programs for Ontario on Saturday, April 16. Provincial representatives and agriculture industry leaders will also be in attendance.

Minister Mitchell will be available for media interviews following the announcement.
