PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY WAYNE EASTER TO MAKE TWO ANNOUNCEMENTS IMPACTING RURAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
OTTAWA, Ontario - April 26, 2005 - The Honourable Wayne Easter, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food with special emphasis on Rural Development will be in Brandon, Manitoba, Friday, April 29 to make two important announcements concerning rural community development.
Dr. Robert Annis, Director, Rural Development and Ms. Stella Bone, Executive Director, West Region Child and Family Services Committee Inc. will also be making comments.
Media will have a ten-minute opportunity to ask questions after each announcement.
