FUNDING FOR THE INSTITUTE OF NUTRISCIENCES AND HEALTH

CHARLOTTETOWN, Prince Edward Island, October 10, 2006 – Media are invited to attend an Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) funding announcement for collaboration at the Institute for Nutrisciences and Health (INH). The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, will make the announcement on behalf of the Honourable Chuck Strahl, Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board. National Research Council of Canada, UPEI, AAFC and provincial representatives will also be present. A photo opportunity at the INH will follow the announcement.
