The Canadian Radio Frequency Identification (CRFID) Reader Program

How to Apply

The Canadian Food Safety and Quality Program (CFSQP) in support of the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) initiative is pleased to announce the Canadian Radio Frequency Identification (CRFID) Reader Program.

Agriculture and Agri-Food is currently receiving applications under the CRFID Reader Program. All applications must be post marked on or before 31 December 2007.

There are three documents that applicants must review, these include:

The CRFID Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria provides the information to potential applicants and enables them to determine applicant and reader eligibility requirements.

The CRFID Reader Program Application Guide
This document provides guidelines to the applicant to be referenced when completing their applications. PDF Version

This PDF application form is to be used by applicants registered with CCIA.
