Eskimo Express Inc Fined $1,200

The company Eskimo Express Inc, located in St-Arsène, was found guilty of admitting meat products from a non-registered establishment to a registered establishment.

Committed on May 13, 2005, the offence violates paragraph 44(1)(a)(i) of the Meat Inspection Regulations.

The Court of Quebec ordered the company to pay a $1,200 fine, plus costs, within three months. The decision was handed down on December 9, 2005 at the Quebec City courthouse.
