Current Regulations
Tributyltetradecylphosphonium Chloride (TTPC) Regulations (SOR/2000-66)
The Regulations prohibit the use, processing, offer for sale, sale and importation of tributyltetradecylphosphonium chloride (TTPC) into Canada and impose conditions on its manufacture. The Regulations permit the manufacture of the substance for export only. The Regulations do not apply to the use, manufacture, processing, sale, offering for sale or import of the substance as a laboratory analytical standard or to any aspect of the substance that is regulated under the Pest Control Products Act.
