Persistence and Bioaccumulation Regulations (SOR/2000-107)

The Persistence and Bioaccumulation Regulations set the criteria which will be used to determine if a substance is persistent or bioaccumulative under certain sections of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. These criteria are those in the Toxic Substances Management Policy adopted, in 1995, by the Federal Government.
