Federal Mobile PCB Treatment and Destruction Regulations (SOR/90-5)

The Regulations apply to mobile systems for the treatment and destruction of chlorobiphenyls that are operated on federal lands or operated by or under contract with federal institutions.They require Ministerial authorisation, specify PCB release limits, operating standards, and emission testing methods.
