• St. Martin (Netherlands Antilles)
• St. Pierre et Miquelon Islands
• St. Vincent
• Sweden
• Taiwan
• Turks and Caicos Islands
• United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
• Uruguay
