Beans - Naming the Varieties of Beans

Question: Must a package of mixed dry beans (9 to 18 varieties in one example) indicate all the varieties of beans present on the label?

Answer: Yes, all varieties of beans present in the mixture must be shown on the label, in descending order of proportion by weight. This may be done via the list of ingredients. (18/01/93)
