(2) Unless otherwise provided in this Part, other words and expressions have the same
meaning in this part as in the Act and the Regulations.

fertilizer or supplement is necessary to consider an application referred to in subitem
(1), the following fees, in addition to those set out in that subitem, are payable for
those assessments |
