The Annual Statutes of Canada contain the text of the Acts of Parliament (other than appropriation Acts and private Acts) which received royal assent in a given calendar year. Access to these documents is determined by chapter number. For ease of reference, Bill identifiers are also included.

The Consolidated Index of Statutory Instruments table provides a reference to regulations, statutory instruments (other than regulations), and other documents that were in force at any time in the current calendar year.

The Table of Public Statutes is a reference document which provides useful historical information on the acts comprising the consolidated statutes, including a chronological listing of amendments, repealed acts, years of enactment and responsible ministers.

The Table of Private Acts is a historical index showing all private Acts of Canada, other than those Acts that deal with divorces, that have been enacted since 1867 and that appear in the Statutes of Canada from 1867 to December 31, 2004. Each Act is listed alphabetically.
