The Saskatchewan Council for Community Development (SCCD), plays a unique role in Saskatchewan. Our mandate is to develop strong, viable, Saskatchewan communities. We offer capacity building programs so that communities will have the skills to solve their own problems, develop a vision and strategic plan for the future and be able to implement it.
