Community Profiles

The HRCC Vancouver service area encompasses the major portion of the City of Vancouver, World Wide Web site the City of Richmond, World Wide Web site and communities of Ladner and Tsawwassen located in the Municipality of Delta. World Wide Web site

Located within the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD), World Wide Web site Vancouver, Richmond and Delta are bounded by the Pacific Ocean and Georgia Strait to the west and the cities of Burnaby, New Westminster and Surrey to the east. The City of Richmond and the Vancouver International Airport are located on islands situated at the mouth of the Fraser River. The Vancouver HRCC directorate has the largest population in the province of BC.
