Celery

Red celery

You will need

  • one glass of water
  • red food colouring
  • one stalk of celery
  1. Put the food colouring into the water.
  2. Put the celery into the water overnight.
  3. Next morning, look at your celery stalk. What happened?

The celery drank the water to make food.

Take your red celery to school for a snack.
