Planning and Assessment for Value-Added Enterprises (PAVE) Program
The Planning and Assessment for Value-Added Enterprises (PAVE) Program provides financial assistance to agricultural producers to help them obtain professional business planning services and develop implementation plans for value-added projects.

Eligibility Information
Producers must meet the following criteria:
- have a certain annual gross income in farm sales
- be an individual, a corporation, a cooperative, a partnership or other association of persons that is engaged in farming for commercial purposes
- other criteria may apply
