This site provides a wide range of information on Environmental Performance Agreements. On this site you will find information on environmental agreements that have already been signed with Environment Canada or that are currently under negotiation. Draft agreements in the public consultation phase of the negotiation are available in the consultations section of this site. Each agreement is negotiated around the key principles and design criteria outlined in Environment Canada's Policy Framework for Environmental Performance Agreements.
