Next forecasts issued at 03:30 AM Monday. Synopsis at 11:00 AM EST Sunday and forecasts positions by Monday 08:00 PM EST. A cold front from Labrador toward Lake Huron will stretch from Anticosti to just south of Montréal Monday morning. Behind the front, a high pressure ridge on an east to west axis will develop across ile-aux- coudres Monday. Southwest to west gale force winds are still affecting areas downstream Tadoussac. These winds will diminish to northwest moderate to strong behind the front tonight. However winds will increase again Monday afternoon to reach gale force over the southern half of Pointe-des-Monts to Anticosti. A risk of freezing spray is also forecast over these areas. Upstream Tadoussac, winds moderate to strong will diminish to light to moderate this evening and tonight. From Cornwall to Montréal.
