![]() National Science and Innovation ProjectsSoy 20/20The purpose of this project is to increase the use of Soybean protein as a domestic food ingredient, and use soybean oil as an industrial feedstock to establish non-traditional relationships between the existing soybean industry and individuals engaged in the domestic food and chemical industries. The Soy 20/20 Project has been a leader in foraging these relationships and in bringing companies and researchers together to work synergistically on incremental opportunities.
