Emerald Seed Products

The purpose of this project is to determine innovative uses, technical information to support novel applications and enhance fenugreek's position amongst competing products as well as safety and efficacy data to support its proposed health benefits. Also, to position fenugreek gum as a viable alternative or competitor to guar gum for its use in hydrocolloid blends in a variety of food products.
