Marine forecasts for Arctic waters issued by Environment Canada
At 4.30 PM EST Sunday 10 December 2006 for tonight and Monday with an 
outlook for Tuesday.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 4.30 AM Monday.

Winds are in knots.
Fog implies visibility less than 5/8 nautical miles.
Mist implies visibility 5/8 to 6 nautical miles.

Resolution.
Gale warning in effect.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Over eastern sections wind northwest 20 knots strengthening to gales 
northeast 40 Monday morning then diminishing to wind north 25 Monday 
afternoon. Wind diminishing to northwest 15 Monday evening. A few 
flurries ending Monday morning. Freezing spray beginning near 
midnight.
Outlook for Tuesday..Wind northwest 25.
