Sea state forecast for Labrador issued by Environment Canada at 6.00 
PM NST Sunday 10 December 2006 for tonight and Monday.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 6.00 AM.
Forecast values are a combined wind wave and swell height for the 
open sea. Users are cautioned that heights may differ
Significantly in coastal waters and in depths less than 50 metres.

South Labrador Coast
Mid Labrador Coast.
Seas 3 to 4 metres diminishing to 2 to 3 metres this evening then 
building to 4 to 5 metres overnight.

North Labrador Coast northern half.
Seas 2 to 3 metres building to 3 to 4 metres overnight.

North Labrador Coast southern half.
Seas 2 to 3 metres building to 3 to 4 metres overnight and to 4 to
5 metres Monday afternoon.

South Labrador Sea
Northwest Labrador Sea southern half.
Seas 3 to 5 metres building to 4 to 6 metres overnight and to 5 to
7 metres Monday afternoon.

Northwest Labrador Sea northern half.
Seas 2 to 3 metres building to 3 to 4 metres overnight and to 4 to
5 metres Monday afternoon.

East Labrador Sea northwestern half.
Seas 3 to 4 metres diminishing to 2 to 3 metres this evening then 
building to 3 to 4 metres Monday morning then building to near 5 
metres Monday afternoon.

East Labrador Sea southeastern half.
Seas 5 to 6 metres diminishing to 4 to 5 metres this evening and
To near 3 metres overnight then building to 4 to 5 metres Monday 
evening.
