Lake Manitoba.
Wind east 10 knots tonight and southeast 10 Monday. Cloudy tonight 
and Monday with occasional fog. Scattered flurries with a risk of 
freezing drizzle. Low tonight minus 6. High Monday minus 2.

Lake Winnipeg north basin
Lake Winnipegosis.
Wind east 10 knots strengthening to southeast 15 tonight then 
becoming south 15 Monday. Cloudy tonight and Monday with patchy fog 
and scattered flurries. Risk of freezing drizzle. Low tonight
Minus 8. High Monday minus 4.
