Confederation Centre of the Arts (145 Richmond Street) Canadian playwrights, songwriters, musicians, storytellers and artists take centre stage at the award-winning Charlottetown Festival, running at the Confederation Centre of the Arts from June 19 to October 7, 2006! As Canadas National Memorial to the Fathers of Confederation and a National Historic Site, the Centre proudly showcases Canadian talent and treasures on its stages and in its galleries.
Theatre: The award-winning Charlottetown Festival at the Confederation Centre has entertainment galore to delight visitors. The stages are alive with the best in musical theatre, comedy, and Maritime music. The star attraction of the Festival is Anne of Green Gables The Musical, returning for its 42nd consecutive season on the Mainstage on selected dates from June 19 to September 30 at 7:30 p.m.
