Chief Engineer's Office


What do we do ...
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the personnel and financial administration of the capital projects Division. Appropriate responsibilities are delegated to the managers of the section as described in the individual sections.

The Chief Engineer's office prepares, reviews, recommends and implements policies, legislation, regulations, technical standards, guidelines, and specifications related to the activities of the Division.

The Special Projects Engineer is responsible for the administration of special capital projects with duties similar to the Regional Engineers.

The CATS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the CATS computer system.
