Edward Island named as a co-insured , adherence to buffer zone legislation and
the Agricultural Crop Rotation Act is required.

named as a co-insured depending on the operation. Terms of commercial leases are
generally set at 5 years renewable.
-
Licenses- Short term interest in Provincial Lands can be granted at the discretion
of the Minister. Individuals or groups can apply for a license on a particular
property for short term access across a particular property or to hold a special
