Certification Requirements Certificate of Quality Grading (FP 1406 (11/91)) is required for salt-fish products with the following statements: "This product meets the requirements of the Fish Inspection Regulations" and "Product has maximum-percent humidity and minimum 20 percent salt calculated on a dry basis, is free of fungus infection, insects and there is no trace of Acarus infestation". Certificate of Origin and Hygiene (FP 1404 (11/91)) is required for all other fish products. |
