Seminar Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation or requests to reschedule a registration will be accepted at no charge if written notice is received by The Institute more than 10 working days prior to course start date. Registrants who fail to appear for a course or who want to cancel or reschedule 10 working days or less in advance of the start date of the course will be invoiced for full registration fee. The Institute will accept substitution of one person for another.
