About This Site

The Software Licensing Division is responsible for the procurement of software and related services for the federal government.

For government client departments, this site is designed to provide information about how to procure software and related services. The DISO list of deliverables pages offer pricing information, contact information and licensing and service terms of agreements for each vendor that has a Departmental Individual Standing Offer with PWGSC. The Software Information Portal lists software products for vendors with or without DISO's, sorted by category. The Surplus Software Catalogue contains information pertaining to the transfer of surplus Crown-owned software licenses.

For the private industry, this site is designed to provide information on how to do business with the federal government. It provides information on how to register to do business with the federal government, information on how to obtain a Departmental Individual Standing Offer, a link to MERX for opportunities to bid on Requests for Proposal, and information on how to list software products in the Software Information Portal.

If you have any questions regarding this site, please visit the Contact Us page for a list of contacts.
