Professional Services Online (PS Online)

What is PS Online?
The Internet application PS Online is a tool to assist Federal Departments across Canada in their procurement for professional services up to $84,000. There are several categories identified in the following streams: information technology, human resources management, organizational management, project management, organization and classification services and change management/organizational development services.

Suppliers must complete the registration process prior to obtaining access to this application.

Who can register for PS Online and what is the process?
PS Online is open to all interested suppliers who can provide professional services in any of the streams stated above.

The registration process consists of reviewing the Trading Partner Agreement (TPA), completing and signing the TPA signature page, responding to Mandatory Requirements and signing PWGSC's standard certifications.

To register for PS Online you must have on hand your procurement business number (PBN). If you do not have it, you can obtain it at http://contractscanada.gc.ca/en/regist-e.htm.

By when are suppliers required to respond?
This is a permanent announcement; suppliers can register at any time.
