IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CLIENTS

We are happy to announce that beginning with Weekly Checklist 2004, No. 24 shipments to full depository libraries will return to normal operation. This means that for this Weekly Checklist and the ones following it, full depositories will receive one complete shipment of all items available for distribution listed on that Weekly Checklist. This will include a copy of the Weekly Checklist issue listing the items being shipped. On rare occasions, there may be some exceptions when an item cannot be shipped and it will be identified on the packing slip as a backorder.

For Weekly Checklists Nos. 24 to 30, the shipments are being assembled this week and they will be shipped out to depositories next week.

Unfortunately, the current temporary process that we have had to use until now will still be in effect for backorders on previous checklists for at least a few more shipments.

The processing of selective depository orders will be returning to a more normal operational mode shortly.
