Atlantic AutoCAD Customization Tools
PWGSC AutoCAD Customization will create the PWGSC pulldown menu and Toolbar buttons in your AutoCAD window. It will also provide an extensive library which can be accessed through the AutoCAD's Design Center. This will help automate the creation of metric drawings to PWGSC Standards.
AutoCAD Version Compatibility
AutoCAD 2000-2007 inclusive
The latest version of the PWGSC tools will work with versions of AutoCAD 2000 and newer. AutoCAD 14, sadly, is not supported as some of the new programming will not run without Visual Lisp.
Installation Instructions
1. Simply click on the link below to begin the installation. I recommend downloading the setup file to local PC and then installing from there. Note: The installation of the program will be ignored by all versions of AutoCAD until the PWGSC partial menu is loaded in AutoCAD as directed below.
2. Run the downloaded PWGSC2setup.exe file and the InstallShield will lead you through the installation. Simply accept the defaults and follow the prompts to complete the installation. Note: To uninstall, remove PWGSC 2.0 with the Add/Remove Programs applet in the Windows Control Panel.
3. Integrate PWGSC 2.0 with AutoCAD. Simply launch AutoCAD through normal method.
Installation Note: Before integrating PWGSC 2.0 with AutoCAD, the uninstallation of the previous version of PWGSC is recommended. Use the "Add/Remove Programs" applet in the Control Panel to uninstall "PWGSC AutoCAD 2000 Customization".
Then within AutoCAD, remove the former PWGSC Support File Search Path:
Tools > Options, Files Tab, Support File Search Path
(The old path was C:\Program Files\GC\R2000\PWGSC)
To Complete Integration, Load Partial Menu into AutoCAD as follows:
At the AutoCAD command line (or HUD), type "menuload", then click on the Browse button and go to:
C:\Program Files\PWGSC 2.0\
and select the appropriate menu file for your AutoCAD version

AutoCAD 2000i pwgsc.mnc
AutoCAD 2002 pwgsc.mnc
AutoCAD 2004 pwgsc2004.mnc
AutoCAD 2005 pwgsc2004.mnc
AutoCAD 2006 pwgsc2006.cui
AutoCAD 2007 pwgsc2006.cui
and then click Open. Click the Load button and then close out the Menu Customization Dialog Box. This completes the setup. Note that the appropriate path to the PWGSC tools folder will be added to your AutoCAD Support File Search Path.
To unintegrate PWGSC 2.0, go to the PWGSC pull down menu in AutoCAD and select Options. Check the box to Remove PWGSC Menu Utilities and click OK. Only the link to AutoCAD is removed... the PWGSC 2.0 files remain installed for subsequent reintegration when required.

The new version specifically for AutoCAD 2007 is intended to work with all versions of AutoCAD from 2000 up!
