REGULATIONS:

The Agency has sole responsibility for the following regulations:

Air Transportation Regulations - SOR/88-58

• Amendments in force as of January 30, 2001

  • The Regulations Amending the Air Transportation Regulations made by the Canadian Transportation Agency pursuant to section 86 of the Canada Transportation Act came into force on January 30, 2001. The Regulations which were registered under SOR/2001-71 were published in Part II of the Canada Gazette on February 14, 2001.

Canadian Transportation Agency Designated Provisions Regulations - SOR/99-244

• Amendments in force as of January 30, 2001

  • The Regulations Amending the Canadian Transportation Agency Designated Provisions Regulations made by the Canadian Transportation Agency pursuant to section 177 of the Canada Transportation Act came into force on January 30, 2001. The Regulations which were registered under SOR/2001-72 were published in Part II of the Canada Gazette on February 14, 2001.
