Canada's Response to the UN Questionnaire to Governments on Implementation of the Beijing Platform for Action (1995) and the Outcome of the Twenty-Third Special Session of the General Assembly (2000)
(June 2004) The present response to the United Nations (UN) questionnaire is the 2nd report submitted by Canada on the implementation of the Beijing Platform for Action (BPfA) (1995) and the Outcome of the 23rd Special Session of the General Assembly (2000). Canada's 1st national response to the questionnaire submitted in 2000 contained detailed information on measures adopted in Canada in support of the implementation of the BPfA. This report has been prepared as an update and contains information on measures adopted since 2000.
