Seminar Description
Description:
Function Point Analysis is the method of choice to quantify, estimate
and make predictions for an organisation's IT portfolio of applications
and IT projects. Their usefulness resides in their independence
with respect to various technologies, their ease of use, and their
capability for highly accurate project estimation. The participants
will be able to count Function Points, understand and analyse Function
Point-based metrics, and manage Software portfolios and projects
with them.
